Springfield Universal Trac-Lock Boat Seat Slide

The Springfield Universal Trac-Lock Boat Seat Slide adds fore-and-aft adjustment to a boat seat without a swivel. It mounts between the seat and a pedestal or fixed base. Its 7-1/4 x 13-inch platform is made of high-strength aluminum.

A slide is useful when several people drive the same boat, since the tallest operator can move back for legroom and a shorter one can slide forward to reach the controls. Without a swivel, the seat stays locked facing the helm, which some boaters prefer for a steadier feel in rough water. The platform fits most standard boat seat bolt patterns. It is also a good choice when the seat is too close to or too far from the wheel and a new pedestal would be more work than needed.

Before installing, check that the seat clears the console, dash, and anything behind it through the full slide travel.
