Scanstrut 9-14mm Vertical Cable Seal, 3-Pack

The Scanstrut DS30-P Vertical Cable Seal is a three-pack of IP68 seals for cables from 9 to 14mm, in a dome-shaped ASA plastic housing.

Each seal includes both pre-drilled and blank inner seals, which covers two different situations from one part. The pre-drilled seal suits a cable matching its hole size; the blank is cut to fit an odd cable or left in place to close an unused entry until something is run through it later.

The split-seal design allows a pre-terminated cable to pass without removing its connector. That is the practical difference from an ordinary gland, since a plotter or antenna cable usually arrives with a molded plug that would otherwise have to be cut off.
