Ronstan ClearStart 40mm Red Sailing Race Watch

The Ronstan ClearStart 40mm Red Sailing Race Watch combines racing-specific timing functions with a compact, easy-to-read design for competitive sailors. Its multi-line display uses oversized 10mm digits so race sequence and real time can be viewed together, while large textured buttons support quick operation in rough conditions. The Red version features a reinforced polycarbonate case and mineral crystal lens for durability on the water.

Multiple pre-programmed race starts include World Sailing 5-4-1-0 and match racing sequences, along with a user-set option. A SYNC function allows the countdown to be resynchronized when a starting sequence is picked up late, and audible signals help identify the current point in the sequence without looking continuously at the display. The timer can repeat the countdown or switch to count-up mode after the start.

For everyday use, the ClearStart 40mm includes 12 or 24 hour time, selectable date format, a daily alarm, chronograph, and luminescent backlight. The watch is rated to 5ATM (50m/150ft), uses a silicone band with stainless steel hardware, is shock resistant, and weighs approximately 1.8 oz. Model RF4054. Explore more in our watches collection.
