Ronstan ClearStart 50mm Sailing Race Watch Blue/Grey

The Ronstan ClearStart 50mm Blue/Gray Sailing Race Watch pairs a large race-timing display with controls designed for fast operation during competitive sailing. The Blue/Gray version uses a glass-reinforced polycarbonate case and recessed mineral crystal lens for durability, while textured easy-find buttons keep the key functions accessible in demanding conditions.

The flexible injection-molded silicone band is designed for comfortable wear, and the 50mm display presents race information clearly. Pre-programmed start sequences include World Sailing 5-4-1-0 and match racing, with a user-set sequence available as well. SYNC resynchronization lets the sailor correct the countdown after joining a start sequence late, and audible signals indicate progress through the timer sequence.

The timer can automatically repeat its countdown or begin counting up after the start for elapsed race time. Additional watch functions include 12 or 24 hour time, selectable date format, daily alarm, chronograph, and luminescent backlight with a battery-saving option. The ClearStart is shock resistant, water resistant to 5ATM (50m/150ft), and weighs approximately 3.2 oz. Explore more in our watches collection.
