Ronstan ClearStart 40mm Black Sailing Race Watch

The Ronstan ClearStart 40mm Black Sailing Race Watch gives racing sailors a dedicated start timer with large controls and a highly readable multi-line display. Oversized 10mm digits show race sequence information and real time together, while the textured buttons are designed for confident operation in changing conditions. This Black version uses a reinforced polycarbonate case with a mineral crystal lens for added durability.

Race Mode offers several pre-programmed start sequences, including World Sailing 5-4-1-0 and match racing, plus a user-programmable option. If a sequence is joined late, the SYNC function can resynchronize the countdown. Audible signals identify key points in the start sequence, and the timer can either repeat the countdown or begin counting up to track elapsed race time.

The ClearStart 40mm also functions as an everyday watch with 12 or 24 hour time, selectable date display, daily alarm, chronograph, and luminescent backlight. It is rated water resistant to 5ATM (50m/150ft), is shock resistant, uses a silicone band with stainless steel buckle and back, and weighs approximately 1.8 oz. Model RF4054.
