Rite Edge Imitation Stag Fillet Fixed Blade Knife

The Rite Edge Imitation Stag Fillet has a 7.5-inch satin stainless fillet blade with a full tang, an imitation stag handle and a brown leather belt sheath.

At 7.5 inches this is a long fillet blade, sized for salmon, pike and larger saltwater fish where a 6-inch blade runs out of length halfway down the fillet. Full tang construction is unusual on a fillet knife, where most run a narrow hidden tang to keep the blade flexible, so this build trades some flex for strength through the handle.
