Pro-Shot .22-.30 Adjustable Centerfire Bore Guide

The Pro-Shot Stopper Series Adjustable Bore Guide fits centerfire rifles from .22 through .30 caliber. It slides into the action of a bolt-action rifle and centers the cleaning rod as it enters the chamber. That keeps the rod from rubbing the chamber walls and the throat, the most accuracy-sensitive part of the bore. One adjustable guide works across all your centerfire rifles in that range.

A bore guide also stops solvent and fouling from running back into the action and trigger. That keeps the fire control group clean and dry. It also makes every cleaning stroke straight and consistent.

Precision and long-range shooters consider a bore guide essential. Repeated rod contact at the throat can wear it over time, which hurts accuracy. A guide is an inexpensive way to protect a quality barrel. Use it with a one-piece rod for the best results. Adjust it to fit snugly in your action before cleaning.
