The Powerwinch Utility Series 2,500 lb Winch is a two-speed manual winch with a 6 inch crank arm. It ships fully assembled. At 2,500 lb, it is one of the heavier-duty models in the Utility Series, which tops out at 3,200 lb. Fully assembled means it bolts on right out of the box.

On a two-speed winch, the high gear pulls the strap in quickly for most of the retrieve, and the low gear trades speed for pulling power on the last stretch onto the bunks or rollers. The 6 inch crank arm keeps the winch compact and turns faster, which suits lighter loads and tight bow stands. Precision gearing improves pulling capacity while reducing the cranking effort needed.
