Powerwinch uses precision-cut gears to increase mechanical advantage, while the oversized steel frame provides the main structural support under load. The crank arm is die-cast aluminum with a powder-coated finish and connects to the pinion spindle through a dual-bolt coupling.

Powder-coated die-cast covers protect the gear area, and a built-in zerk fitting makes it easier to lubricate the pawl and ratchet gear during service. Adjustable mounting supports installation across compatible trailer configurations.
