The Powerwinch Select 1,200 lb Winch with 6 in Crank Arm adds a little more pulling reserve while retaining the shorter Select-series handle. It is delivered assembled on a powder-coated steel frame with die-cast aluminum covers. The finish and construction are intended for freshwater boat-trailer service.

This version makes sense when you want the next capacity step above the 1,000 lb model but still need a crank that stays close to the winch post. The compact handle needs less clearance as it rotates and is quick for taking up slack. A single-speed gear train keeps operation straightforward, while the dual-bolt coupling secures the crank to the pinion shaft.

The package includes a four-panel polyester winch strap with forged snap hook and an integrated grease fitting for service at the ratchet and pawl.
