Powerwinch Select 1,600 lb Winch with 6-Inch Crank

The Powerwinch Select 1,600 lb Winch with 6 in Crank is the higher-capacity single-speed choice in this group while retaining a compact handle. The unit arrives assembled with a powder-coated steel frame and powder-coated die-cast aluminum covers. It is intended for freshwater boat-trailer use.

A short crank makes this version useful where a larger handle could strike the bow stop, post hardware or nearby trailer components. The 6 in handle also moves through each rotation quickly, which is convenient when retrieving slack before the load increases. Precision gearing carries the pull through the single-speed drive, and a dual-bolt clamp secures the crank arm.

The supplied four-panel polyester strap ends in a forged snap hook for attachment to the bow eye. A grease fitting provides a simple service point for the ratchet and pawl, while adjustable mounting allows the winch position to be set for the trailer. Compare the loaded boat package with the winch rating, then review our full trailer winches range if you need two-speed operation or a longer handle.

• Higher-capacity single-speed option with short-handle clearance.
