Plano Atlas Series EVA Tackle Backpack 3700 Series

The Plano Atlas Series EVA Tackle Backpack 3700 Series combines molded EVA panels with a waterproof HDPE base to give the backpack a structured tackle-storage body. Plano's magnetic Dropzone gives an exterior landing area for frequently used tackle, while the pack also carries 3700-size storage cases inside the main compartment. The listed series and included storage layout help distinguish this model from smaller Plano bags built around fewer utility boxes.

Storage details include a bungee-cord rod holder, tool holders, a water-resistant phone pocket, internal zippered mesh pockets, molded side pockets, and padded shoulder straps with a sternum strap. Three 3700-size storage cases are included, and the pack measures 15.75 in long by 13.39 in wide by 18.7 in high. This configuration is intended for anglers who want organized storage around the stated box size rather than a loose, single-compartment gear bag.

Tackle storage is easiest to compare by tray compatibility, internal organization, carry style, and the amount of room left for tools or loose accessories. A larger bag or backpack can consolidate multiple 3700-series boxes while keeping frequently used items accessible without opening every tray. Browse more trolling and fishing equipment.
