The Outdoor Edge Field-Bone Fillet Knife has a 5-inch flexible 440A stainless blade with a nail nick, orange rubberized TPR handles with Trimond texture, a stainless pocket clip and a camo nylon belt sheath, closing to 6.5 inches on a lockback.

A folding fillet knife is an unusual thing, since fillet blades are normally fixed to keep the flex predictable. Folding it means a 5-inch flexible blade travels in a pocket or a tackle box rather than needing a sheath on a belt. The flex is what a fillet knife is for. It follows the ribcage and the skin line rather than cutting straight through, which is how the meat comes off whole.
