Description

The NavPod GP1500 uncut SystemPod is an enclosure for mounting multiple marine electronics together on a 9.5-inch-wide compatible guard. The uncut face lets the installer arrange a chartplotter or radar display alongside items such as an autopilot control, instrument, stereo controller, or VHF microphone.

Combining several electronics in one SystemPod can reduce overall height and visual clutter compared with stacking separate enclosures. The source lists a usable uncut face of 15 inches wide by 6 inches high, allowing final cutouts to be planned around the actual equipment being installed.

For sail applications, the SystemPod is best mounted on a compatible single-bend AngleGuard; compatible stanchion kits can support flat-surface or overhead installations. Measure every device and connector clearance before cutting because the uncut face becomes application-specific once openings are made.

  • The SystemPod can house a main display with additional controls.
  • The uncut face allows openings to be positioned as needed.
  • Combining devices can create a more compact NavStation.
  • The listed panel area gives defined planning space.
