The Mustang Survival Neoprene Immersion Suit in Adult Universal is a 5mm red suit with an integrated harness, rated to a 1,000 lb weight capacity.

Adult Universal covers the standard size range, with Adult Oversized available for larger crew. A vessel carrying suits for a crew needs to match sizes to the people aboard, since a suit that does not fit is not a suit that will be used in an emergency.

The integrated harness is what allows a survivor to be lifted from the water by a helicopter or a boat crew. Without it, recovering an immersed person means getting a strop around them in the water, which is slow and difficult in conditions that are already bad.
