The Marbles No 10 Axe Blade Cover is a brown leather sheath with a lanyard, for the Marbles No. 10 axe.
An axe blade cover is a safety item before it is a storage one. A bare axe head in a pack or a truck bed is the most dangerous thing in there, and leather over the bit removes that. It also protects the edge. An axe that rattles against steel or stone loses its edge faster than one that has ever cut anything.
This cover fits the Marbles No. 10 axe specifically, covering the MR5, MR10 and MR10B versions. Leather stiffens to the shape of the head over time, and the lanyard keeps the cover attached rather than lost in the bottom of a pack. Explore more knife accessories.

Snug Fit, Wish Measurements Were Listed
It is a snug fit for the Marbles Camp Axe, but it is a fit - 3-1/2" straight across the blade. I'll bet more of these could be sold if the measurements, in inches, were included in the listing. I have no clue what No. 10 means! Looks like good quality leather, . . . works for me.
