Magpul DAKA Black 3L Weather-Resistant Volume Pouch

The Magpul DAKA Volume Pouch in black is a 3-liter organizer made from Magpul's polymer-infused DAKA fabric, with every seam RF welded instead of stitched. Welded seams have no needle holes, so water, dust, and oil have no easy way through the body of the pouch. The fabric is chemical resistant, does not absorb water, and has a light anti-slip texture so the pouch does not slide around inside a bag. It is part of Magpul's DAKA line of soft storage, which uses the same materials across pouches, organizers, and cases.

It measures about 10.5 by 8.5 inches outside, with a gusseted bottom that lets it stand upright when loaded. The wide mouth opens far enough to load and unload with one hand, and a 7.5-inch YKK AquaGuard zipper closes it. A 550 paracord pull wrapped in heat-shrink tubing gives you something to grab with cold or gloved hands. Because the fabric is slightly stiff, the pouch keeps its shape when partly empty instead of collapsing.

A large translucent window shows what is inside without unzipping it. One big attachment point works as a carabiner clip, a lashing point, or a carry handle. Black is the most understated color in the line and blends into any range bag or vehicle kit. Keep in mind that it is weather resistant, not built to be submerged.
