Magpul DAKA Takeout Large FDE Storage Kit Bag

The Magpul DAKA Takeout Large in FDE is the 8.88-liter Takeout kit bag in a tan color. The FDE color is easy to spot in a cluttered truck bed or boat hatch. At about 12 by 6.5 by 9 inches, it holds bulky gear that will not fit in smaller pouches. The bag holds 8.88 liters, more than double the standard Takeout. It is made of polymer-infused fabric with an anti-slip finish and RF-welded seams. The tan color also hides dust and dirt well.

Owners use it for a boat safety kit, a camp kitchen kit, a vehicle recovery bag, or a full set of range tools. The wide top opening makes it easy to see and reach everything inside. Two handles on top make it easy to carry, even when it is full. An 18.5-inch zipper runs the full length of the top. The zipper pull is 550 paracord with heat-shrink tubing. Its four quick-release buckles can be undone one at a time to set the size of the opening.

The quick-release buckles open the bag wider for loading, and either strap can be looped around a rail or branch to hang it. The welded seams and YKK AquaGuard zipper keep out rain and splashes. Clean it by wiping down the polymer-infused fabric. It is weather resistant, not waterproof for immersion. Because it does not absorb water, it dries quickly and will not hold odors from wet gear. Hang it from a tree at camp to keep food and cooking gear off the ground. It packs into a truck box or boat hatch without taking up much space when empty.
