Klaken J366 Green Aluminum 440 Utility Folding Knife

The Klaken J366 Green Aluminum 440 Utility Folding Knife is a compact utility folder that weighs only about 1.6 oz (44 g). It is small enough to ride on a keychain, in a coin pocket or in an apron without being noticed. The short blade handles boxes, tape, string, tags and the small cutting jobs that come up every day.

The stainless blade resists rust well, so it shrugs off sweat, humidity and the occasional wet job with little care. It also sharpens quickly on an ordinary stone or pull-through sharpener, which suits a knife that gets used hard and touched up often. Wipe it clean after cutting tape or adhesive so residue does not build up on the blade.

The anodized handle is rigid and light, and the color is part of the metal surface rather than a coat of paint, so it will not flake off. A blade under 3 in also falls within the carry limits many states and cities set, though you should always check your local laws. At this price it is easy to keep one in the truck, the kitchen drawer and the toolbox. Other folders are in our modern EDC linerlocks section.
