Jabsco Twist n Lock Pump Assembly for 29090 29120

The Jabsco Twist n Lock Pump Assembly is a complete replacement pump for Jabsco 29120 Twist n Lock manual toilets and older 29090 toilets with black or gray handles. It includes the valves, gaskets, O-rings, and hardware needed to seal it properly. That covers the joker valve, base and top valve gaskets, discharge flange, discharge elbow, and the 2008-and-later seal housing.

A worn pump is usually the cause when a manual toilet leaks around the handle, loses its prime, or takes many strokes to clear the bowl. Swapping the whole pump is faster than rebuilding the old one and leaves fewer chances of missing a worn part. Many cruisers keep one aboard as a spare. Having a complete pump on hand means a failure on a trip can be fixed in less than an hour, without searching for individual seals or valves at a marina.

Note the hose positions before removing the old pump. Run warm water through the new pump before its first use, and lubricate the seals with a marine toilet lubricant to keep the stroke smooth. The matching seal and gasket service kit is in our marine toilets and sanitation systems.
