The Jabsco Service Kit for Manual Toilet 29090 and 29120 contains the seals and gaskets for rebuilding a Jabsco manual toilet built from 2008 on. Worn seals and gaskets cause most manual toilet problems, such as a pump handle that weeps water or a bowl that will not hold a prime. A service kit fixes those for far less than a new pump.

Replacing the joker valve is often enough to stop backflow into the bowl, while new seals restore the pumping action. On a boat that is used often, replace the joker valve and seals at least once a season. Carry a kit aboard for longer trips.

Before starting, flush the toilet with fresh water several times, close the seacocks, and have gloves, a sponge, and a bucket ready. Lubricate the seals with a marine toilet lubricant during reassembly, and confirm the model and year of your toilet before ordering.
