Jabsco HotShot HD6 12V 6-GPM Washdown Pump

The Jabsco HotShot HD6 12V Washdown Pump (part P601J-219N-3A) is the highest-flow pump in the HotShot HD range at about 6 gallons per minute. Its part code shares the 19N pressure suffix with the 70 psi HD5, giving a hard-hitting spray for big cleanup jobs. Sportfishing boats with long cockpits and more than one washdown outlet get the most from this extra flow.

A heavy duty motor turns the pump through a cast aluminum lower housing designed to handle high pressure for hours. The diaphragm self-primes from a dry start, so the pump can sit in a dry locker instead of down in the bilge. Its sealed pressure switch starts and stops the pump automatically as the nozzle opens and closes.

Because it draws more current than smaller HotShots, run heavier wire and fuse it to Jabsco's listed rating. A clean intake strainer matters even more at this flow rate, since a partly blocked screen starves the pump quickly.
