Jabsco Deluxe Flush 14-In Angled Back Raw Water Toilet

The Jabsco Deluxe Flush 14-Inch Angled Back Raw Water Toilet (part 58260-3012) is the lower 14-inch Deluxe Flush with an angled back and a remote rinse pump for outside water. The angled back lets the bowl sit closer to a sloping hull side, a common shape in heads tucked under the side deck on sailboats and smaller cruisers. Because it rinses with raw water, it leaves the freshwater tank for the galley and shower.

The rinse pump mounts away from the toilet, usually close to the intake seacock, and only runs when the bowl is being filled or flushed. Waste goes through a non-clogging, large-bore macerating pump before it heads to the holding tank. An anti-odor water lock in the bowl helps block smells from the discharge line, and the lid closes softly.

Choose the dry-bowl setting on passages so nothing sloshes out of the bowl as the boat rolls. Plumbing for this version uses a 1-1/2-inch discharge hose, and the circuit calls for a 25 amp fuse at 12V. Install a raw water strainer ahead of the rinse pump and close the seacock when the boat will sit for a while. Straight-back and freshwater versions are in our marine toilets and sanitation systems.
