Jabsco 58541-1000 Pulley and Belt Kit for Toilets

The Jabsco 58541-1000 Pulley and Belt Kit is the replacement drive kit for Jabsco 58500 series Lite Flush electric toilets. A stretched, slipping, or broken belt can keep the toilet from flushing or emptying properly even though the motor still runs. A new belt and pulley set restores the drive.

Replacing the pulley and belt together keeps them matched and running smoothly. If belts wear out quickly, check the pulleys for alignment and look for anything rubbing against the belt inside the base. Keep a spare belt aboard for longer trips, since this small part can stop the toilet from working. The Lite Flush uses a belt to drive its pump from the motor, so a worn belt shows up as weak flushing or a bowl that does not empty completely. Inspect the belt for cracks or glazing whenever the base is open for other service.
