Heise RGB 8 Pack App Controlled Lighting Kit

The Heise RGB Accent Lighting Kit holds eight 1.5 by 3 inch pods and one HE-CBRGB control box, rated IP68 at 9W and 720 lumens each.

Eight pods is the maximum a single control box will run, so this kit is a complete system rather than a starting point that needs expanding. Adding a ninth pod means a second control box, which is worth knowing before planning a layout around more than eight positions.

Control is through the free Heise RGB app on Android or iOS, giving a color wheel, pre-programmed flash patterns, music sync and a timer to switch patterns on and off automatically. That removes the physical controller most accent lighting needs, though it also means the phone is the only interface.

Each pod runs three CREE LEDs at 3W for 9 watts total, producing 720 lumens across a wide 120 degree flood. The housing is black die-cast aluminum with 316 stainless hardware throughout, and a cutout template and gasket are included. IP68 covers mud, water and vibration.
