Low-friction Harken Carbo Air blocks are lightweight, strong, and reliably affordable, and the 40mm Twing Block adapts that construction specifically for spinnaker sheet and guy control up-down duty on dinghies, sport boats, and small keelboats.

An opening side plate makes it easy to rig or remove from a sheet without threading the whole line through, and a spring biases the plate to open once unlatched for genuinely one-handed operation. A roller at the pivot base supports 1:1 or 2:1 up-down control.
