The Harken 40mm Carbo Air block with cam cleat gives compact, low-friction line handling for compatible small-boat sail controls. Lightweight Carbo construction keeps hardware mass low while the integrated cam cleat gives the sailor a convenient way to secure the control line after trimming.

The 40mm sheave accepts line up to 6mm or 1/4 inch. This version is rated to a maximum working load of 68kg or 150 pounds, giving the block a clearly defined operating range for properly engineered control systems. The compact arrangement combines line redirection and cleating at one location.

Confirm line diameter, maximum working load, attachment hardware, lead angle, cam-cleat alignment, and purchase geometry before installation. Never exceed Harken's published load rating.
