The Grohmann Original has a 4-inch stainless elliptical blade with a full tang at 8.5 inches overall, and offset rosewood handles with a lanyard hole and a leather belt sheath. Made in Canada.
The elliptical blade is Grohmann's signature. Rather than a straight spine meeting a point, the whole edge curves in one continuous ellipse, putting belly along its entire length for skinning while keeping a fine tip for detail work. The handles are offset below the blade's centerline, which drops the wrist into a more natural angle when working over game on a flat surface.
