GROCO HF Series Hand-Operated Marine Toilet

The GROCO HF Series hand-operated marine toilet is a manually pumped head designed for boats that need a durable sanitation fixture without dependence on an electric flushing motor. A sturdy bronze base gives the toilet a solid foundation for use in rough water, while the T-handle provides a comfortable grip during pumping. The high-efficiency valve system is designed to use a modest amount of flush water, which can help reduce the rate at which a holding tank fills. The toilet arrives assembled, eliminating a separate assembly step before installation.

The HF Series weighs about 32 pounds, reflecting the substantial base and operating hardware used in the design. Manual operation keeps the flushing function available as long as the intake and discharge plumbing remain functional. That combination is useful on cruising boats where simplicity, serviceability, and predictable holding-tank capacity matter. The valve arrangement is intended to move waste efficiently while limiting unnecessary water use during each flush cycle.

• Hand-operated flushing system

• High-efficiency valve system reduces flush-water use
• T-handle for comfortable manual pumping
• Ships assembled

Plan the installation around secure mounting, access to the pump mechanism, and correctly routed intake and discharge hose. Sanitation plumbing should be supported, vented, and protected against siphoning as required by the vessel's layout. After installation, cycle the toilet several times with clean water and inspect every connection before placing the sanitation system into normal service.
