German Eye Copperhead Yellow Carbon Steel Knife

The German Eye Copperhead has mirror-finished carbon steel clip and skinner blades in a yellow smooth synthetic handle with nickel silver bolsters, closing to 3.75 inches. Made in Germany.

The two blades split hunting work: the clip takes general cutting and detail jobs, while the skinner's broad curved belly rides along hide, where a straight edge would need constant repositioning. The copperhead takes its name from the handle, which bulges through the middle and tapers at both ends, filling the palm more completely than a straight-sided frame.
