The Flexcut Pro Series Carving Knife has a 1.625-inch 1095 carbon steel blade at 7.25 inches overall with a flat grind and a wood handle. Made in the USA.
A flat grind runs the bevel in a straight line from the blade's flat to the edge, with no hollow behind it.
