The First Watch First Responder Water Helmet is a CE EN 1385 rescue helmet in hi-vis yellow, sized Small/Medium.

Hi-vis yellow is the most visible color in daylight, and on a helmet that is the whole point since the head is often the only part of a swimmer above water. Against white it holds an advantage in flat daylight and haze, where white can wash out against foam and glare on the surface.

Small/Medium is the smaller shell size, and helmet fit is a safety matter rather than a comfort one. A loose helmet is pulled off by moving water at exactly the wrong moment. The ratchet easy-fit system with a webbed chin cup is what secures it, and it should be set before entering the water rather than adjusted afterward.
