The Faria Beede Kronos 2-Inch Water Temperature Gauge reads 100-250°F through a sending unit with variable resistance, where the amount of current that flows to ground changes as the sender's resistance shifts with temperature, deflecting the meter to show the reading.
A two-piece Newport pointer with a white hub gives a clean, easy-to-read needle, and gold increments and logo are embossed onto the dial rather than simply printed on.
A polished stainless steel bezel, flat glass lens, and perimeter-lit spun aluminum dial with gold and black graphics match the rest of the Kronos line, fitting a 2.0625-inch (53mm) hole. Shop more marine gauges.
