Faria Beede Kronos 2 Inch Digital Hourmeter

The Faria Beede Kronos 2-Inch Digital Hourmeter tracks up to 10,000 hours of engine run time, styled with a perimeter-lit spun aluminum dial carrying embossed gold increments and logo, framed in a polished stainless steel bezel behind a flat, scratch-resistant lens.

An hourmeter like this works by running battery voltage through the gauge's internal register motor to ground; whenever the key switch is on, that voltage flow advances the register count, building up the total logged hours over the life of the engine. Tracking hours accurately matters for staying on top of scheduled maintenance and for knowing an engine's real condition at resale, something a boater can't estimate by feel alone.
