EGIS TH3 24V Dual 80A High-Current Relay

The EGIS TH3 24V Dual Relay provides two 80A switched outputs for remotely controlling battery and auxiliary circuits without routing long high-current cable runs to a manual switch. It can be tied to an ignition signal for simple two-battery charge management or used to disconnect accessory loads when the vehicle or boat is turned off.

The relay can also be paired with TH Series automatic charging or time-delay relays to add an isolated switched output or increase the system’s current-carrying capability. Installation uses a sealed MX-150 plug and an included harness with 2 ft control leads, and an optional output busbar provides a compact connection to RT or CT fuse-block families. The sealed high-temperature housing and stainless self-locking hardware are intended for harsh service.

Single- and dual-split-output options give the installer flexibility when distributing power to multiple loads. Integral diode suppression reduces the voltage spike placed on control wiring when the relay switches.
