EGIS TH3 160A Voltage-Sensing Time-Delay Relay

The EGIS TH3 Universal 160A Voltage-Sensing Relay combines four control functions in one high-current device: time-delay relay, low-voltage disconnect, automatic charging relay/battery isolator, or simple relay/solenoid switching. That flexibility allows the same module to manage auxiliary loads, battery-bank charging, or remote power switching without installing separate controllers for each function.

When used for battery protection, the relay can prevent auxiliary equipment from draining a battery and can automatically share charging power between banks when a charge source is available, then isolate those batteries when needed to preserve starting or communications capability. Remote switching also allows high-current cable runs to remain closer to the battery and loads instead of traveling to a human-accessible control point, which can reduce voltage drop and installation cost.

The control settings include an adjustable time delay from 0 seconds to 15 hours, adjustable ON and OFF voltage triggers, adjustable low-voltage protection, and a priority override driven by a key signal or under-voltage/over-voltage condition.
