The Dolphin PROLITE 12V 25A Battery Charger has three independent outputs in an IP65 enclosure, ISO 8846 certified.

The charger directs available current to whichever bank needs it rather than splitting it evenly across three outputs. That is the useful behavior on a boat where the house bank comes back flat and the starting battery is already full. A fixed split would waste two thirds of the capacity on batteries that do not need it.

ISO 8846 certification covers ignition protection, which is what allows the charger in a gasoline boat's engine space. Without that certification a charger has no business anywhere fuel vapor can reach, regardless of how well it is sealed.
