An innovative USB power solution lets it run from any standard USB source, including a low-cost battery pack, a PC connection, or a 12V cigarette lighter adaptor, and it ships with a compact combination AIS/GPS antenna that lets the main unit stay below decks on any type of vessel.

Configuration happens entirely through a built-in web interface, no software or app required: open a browser, enter the Nomad 2's IP address, and set the vessel's MMSI, boat name, and network details directly.
