The Davis UV Sensor measures the sunburning portion of the UV spectrum, letting you display UV index, dose rate, and both daily and accumulated dose. It is designed for boaters and property owners who want to track sun exposure risk alongside their other weather data.

A multi-layer filter provides a spectral response closely matching the Erythema Action Spectrum, while a diffuser delivers excellent cosine response. The two-piece housing minimizes radiation heating, allows convection cooling of the sensor, and prevents the trapping of water or dust. It includes a built-in level and a 2-foot cable, and is compatible with both original Vantage Pro and Vantage Pro2 (already included with Vantage Pro Plus and Vantage Pro2 Plus).
