The Condor Guygan has an 11.13-inch satin 1075HC steel blade with a full tang, a black canvas micarta handle and a leather sheath. Made in El Salvador.

Canvas micarta is a step up from the molded plastic usually fitted to blades this size. Layers of fabric with resin, it grips better as hands get sweaty and it will not go brittle in cold the way plastic can. 1075HC steel is the traditional machete composition, tough under impact and quick to bring back with a file rather than needing a stone.
