It is designed for pontoon boat owners who need a rod holder that adjusts to any angle above the water.

Each rod holder comes with two protective liners, one to fit a 1-inch square rail and one for 1-1/4-inch, and the liners are round on the outside so the holder can be adjusted to any angle above the water. A hidden left or right adjustment adds even more positioning options, and the 9-inch tall tube with a 1-5/8-inch inside diameter is lined with UV-resistant black PVC and fitted with a chrome zinc alloy adjustable clamp.
