The Cattlemans Cutlery Brangas Stockman stands apart from the browns and ambers that fill most traditional trays, with red Delrin, blade etching, stainless clip, spey and sheepsfoot blades, nickel silver bolsters and an inlay shield, closing to 3.63 inches.

Three blades divide the work. The clip handles general cutting, the sheepsfoot's straight edge and blunt spine make push cuts safe against a surface, and the spey's flat edge and rounded tip suit scraping where a point would puncture. Blade etching is decoration rather than function, but on a working pattern it marks the knife out as a step above a plain unmarked blade.
