The Cattlemans Cutlery Stockman has satin 3Cr13 clip, sheepsfoot and spey blades and a green jigged Delrin handle, an uncommon pairing for the pattern, stainless bolsters and an inlay shield, closing to 3.63 inches.

Jigging presses grooved texture into the Delrin, giving the fingers something to hold where a smooth surface turns slick, and copying the look of jigged bone without the upkeep. The three blades divide the work: general cutting to the clip, controlled push cuts to the sheepsfoot, and scraping and skinning to the spey, whose rounded tip will not puncture.
