The Browning Nitro Headlamp has a white Luxeon Rebel LED reaching 255 lumens plus two red and two green LEDs, in a camo housing.
Carrying red and green as separate LEDs rather than filters means switching color without handling anything. A filter has to be fitted in the dark and is the sort of thing that gets lost. Dedicated emitters change with the switch, which matters when hands are cold or gloved.
The Silent Hinge is the detail that earns its name on a hunting headlamp. Tilting an ordinary lamp clicks through detents, and that noise travels. A silent hinge lets the beam be aimed without announcing the movement.
