BoatBuckle G2 Retractable Transom Tie-Down Pair

The BoatBuckle G2 Retractable Transom Tie-Downs are a pair of permanently mounted straps that hold a boat's transom to the trailer. Each strap extends from 2 to 43 inches and retracts when not in use. BoatBuckle lists a 2,500 lb break strength and 833 lb safe work load per strap.

They mount permanently to the trailer, so they're always there and never left behind at the ramp. One-hand operation makes tightening and releasing quick. They adapt to virtually any mounting angle.

The contoured design is sleek and clean on the trailer. Secured transom tie-downs keep the boat from bouncing on the bunks on rough roads. Inspect the surrounding brackets and fasteners during installation, since worn mounting hardware can undermine a new replacement part. Browse more trailer tie-downs.
