The Blue Sea Systems 7649 Mini Add-A-Battery Kit is an m-Series Dual Circuit Plus switch supplied with a Mini ACR Automatic Charging Relay.

Mini is the small-boat version of the Add-A-Battery concept, using the compact m-Series switch and the Mini ACR rather than the full-size components. For a boat where a second battery is being added rather than an existing pair being managed, that smaller hardware matches both the loads and the space available.

The Dual Circuit Plus switch controls the start and house circuits together while keeping the two banks separate during normal operation. That removes the multi-position selector and the decisions it forces every time the engine starts or stops.

The Mini ACR monitors system voltage and shares a single charging source between both batteries when charging is available, then separates them when it ends.
