The Bestech Kendo has a two-tone blade that shows the bevel line a uniform finish would hide, on a 3.75-inch D2 tanto with a green G10 handle, a liner lock, extended tang, lanyard hole and pocket clip, closing to 4.63 inches.
Leaving the flat satin and darkening the grind marks out the tanto's angled front section against the primary edge. The tanto puts a reinforced corner where a curved belly would run, concentrating force at the front for piercing at the cost of a sweeping slice.
D2 holds a working edge considerably longer than budget stainless, though being semi-stainless it needs to be dried after it gets wet. Green G10 keeps its color through the material rather than on the surface, so it cannot fade or chip. Explore more Tactical Linerlocks.
