Description

The Bestech Mini Dundee has a 3-inch gray PVD coated D2 tool steel blade, a white G10 handle, an extended tang and a pocket clip, closing to 4 inches.

White G10 is rare on a working folder, since it shows every mark, and it makes this a knife bought for the look rather than for the field. The color runs through the material rather than sitting on the surface, so it will not chip to reveal a different color underneath, though it will pick up grime in the texture.

D2 holds a working edge far longer than the budget stainless usual at this price, and it needs to be dried after it gets wet. PVD is vapor-deposited and bonded into the steel surface rather than painted on, so it resists wear better than a coating that sits on top. Explore more Work and Utility Linerlocks.
