The BEP Marine 400A Double Pole Battery Switch isolates both positive and negative supplies at the same time, for situations where a single power source needs to be fully disconnected. It is designed for boaters who need to isolate one battery bank completely without touching a separate house system.

Three mounting options — surface, rear panel, or front panel — give installers flexibility to fit whatever helm layout they're working with. BEP notes this switch isn't recommended for switching house and start systems simultaneously, since you may need to isolate an engine battery in an emergency without also cutting power to house communications.
