The Artisan Revel has S90V steel, a powder alloy with far more vanadium than common stainless. The 3.5-inch stonewashed clip point sits in a blue FRN handle with a frame lock, thumb pull and pocket clip, closing to 4.5 inches.

That vanadium forms very hard carbides in the steel, which is what holds the edge, and also what makes S90V slow to sharpen and demanding of diamond abrasives when it finally dulls. Pairing it with FRN rather than titanium keeps the knife light and the price sensible for a steel usually found on more expensive folders.
